以科创竞赛为导向的实验室面向本科生开放模式探索与实践

Abstract
The laboratory is an important platform for the training of talents in colleges and universities,as well as a practice base for cultivating students'awareness of scientific and technological innovation and improving their scientific research and practical ability.The opening of the laboratory to undergraduates can not only help teachers and students to effectively carry out high-level scientific and technological innovation projects,but also can provide opportunities for the deepening development of high-level laboratories.In order to realize the incubation function of opening laboratories for high-level science and technology innovation competition projects,this paper taking the laboratory opening work of Beihang University as an example,exploring the practical path of the opening mode of laboratory to undergraduates from three aspects:management mode,opening form and incentive mechanism,and finally expands the connotation of laboratory opening.关键词
