摘要

Abstract

In the operation of bulk cargo terminals,intelligent technology of ship loading reduces a lot of manual intervention stages,that is,the automation of the whole ship loading can be achieved by algorithm and calculation,which bases on automatic ship-hatch-recognition and unmanned protection technologies applying to the berthing ships during the operation.Based on the data gathered by laser scanner and real-time data on ship loading,point cloud space model is calculated and generated.And then an automatic recognition algorithm is selected to calculate the spatial coordinates of ship hatches subject to Cartesian coordinate system of terminal space,including hatch size,location,height,etc.The obtained coordinate information on ship's hatch position is downloaded into PLC of the ship loader,which assists the ship loader in unmanned and automated operation,and enhances automatic level of the port.
