数学建模竞赛对大学毕业生创新能力与业绩的影响
摘要
Abstract
The cultivation of college students'innovation ability is a long-term and lasting process.As a national representative subject competition,the mathematical modeling competition gradually strengthens the cultivation of students'innovative spirit and innovative ability.By issuing questionnaires to graduates of D University,this paper obtains the work situation and development status of graduates who have participated in mathematical modeling and have not participated in mathematical modeling.The survey and analysis of their performance concluded that graduates who have won national awards for mathematical modeling are more likely to choose the IT industry.In addition,the salary level of graduates who have participated in the mathematical modeling competition is higher than the average income level of ordinary graduates,so as to further confirm the effectiveness of the mathematical modeling competition on students'innovation ability.关键词
