新文科背景下高校基层教学组织建设研究

Abstract
Basic teaching organization is the most fundamental unit of colleges and universities.It plays an active role in improving teachers'teaching ability and ensuring the training quality of talents.In the past decade,the development of basic teaching organizations has entered a trough period due to vagueness and dislocation of functions.The voices of improving and innovating basic teaching organizations have been increasing day by day.Under the background of the new liberal arts,basic teaching organizations will surely carry a heavier mission and need to explore functions with a more contemporary and overall view.By reviewing the development history of basic teaching organizations in our country,positioning and functions of basic teaching organizations in colleges and universities under the background of new liberal arts are also be analyzed.This paper further puts forward countermeasures for efficient construction of basic teaching organizations from four aspects,which include construction principles,construction concepts,construction content and construction evaluation.关键词
