肠道Prevotella copri在炎症相关疾病中的研究进展
Research progress of gut Prevotella copri in inflammatory diseases
摘要
Abstract
Prevotella is a short rod-shaped anaerobic Gram negative bacterium, belonging to the family Prevotella and the genus Prevotella.Prevotella genus has been found to have a higher prevalence in non-western populations with a plant-based diet, and Prevotella copri(P.copri)is the most abundant bacterium in this genus.P.copri has the potential to directly or indirectly drives inflammatory response, thereby promoting the occurrence of inflammation-related diseases.Researches have found that P.copri promotes the occurrence and development of inflammatory bowel disease through pathways such as activating TLR4 and mTOR pathways and producing succinate.Furthermore,P.copri can induce the production of antibodies, stimulate Th17 and Th1 responses, produce succinate, mediate guanylation to trigger immune reactions, thereby promoting the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis.P.copri can induce insulin resistance by affecting the biosynthesis of branched-chain amino acids, potentially leading to type 2 diabetes.Conversely, animal experiments have shown that P.copri can improve glucose homeostasis through pathways such as intestinal gluconeogenesis, bile acid metabolism, and the FXR pathway. This article aims to explore the relationship between intestinal P.copri and human inflammatory diseases, trying to enhance understanding of the functions and characteristics of P.copri, and to provide reference for future research.关键词
