Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of insulin pump combined with probiotics on cellular immune function and blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 120 patients with GDM diagnosed from May 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group(60 cases in each group),the control group was treated with insulin pump alone,the observation group was treated with insulin pump combined with probiotics.The immune function,blood glucose level and adverse reaction were compared before and after intervention.Results:There was no significant difference in CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05);after intervention,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD8+in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2-HPBG),fasting blood glucose(FPG)and glycated hemoglobin blood glucose(HbA1c)between the two groups before and after intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the levels of PBG,FPG and HbAlc in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Insulin pump combined with probiotics has a positive effect on the regulation of cellular immune function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.It can effectively control blood glucose and is safe and reliable.关键词
