超重与肥胖危险因素研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Overweight and obesity is constantly increasing in countries around the world.Obesity is not only a major risk factor for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease,stroke and type 2 diabetes,but also has a serious negative impact on individual psychology.The World Health Organization reports that the number of obese people worldwide has increased nearly threefold since 1975.In 2022,2.5 billion adults were overweight,accounting for 43%of the total adult population.More worryingly,more than 890 million of them are classified as obese,accounting for 16%of the total adult population,showing an upward trend.Overweight and obesity are mainly caused by genetics,lifestyle,living environment,economic and social conditions,and other factors.Studies in recent years have found that the pathogenesis and etiology of overweight and obesity are more complex.This article will elaborate on the research progress of the influencing factors of overweight and obesity,intending to provide theoretical support for the prevention of overweight and obesity.关键词
