摘要

Abstract

New-built Yinghe river super bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou railway is a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with two-tower,double-cable and tower-beam separated structure.The main bridge bases on a semi-floating system and the main tower is a space truss cable tower.By referring to the characteristics of semi-floating bridge,a temporary fixing system was designed to meet the requirements of safety for cast-in-cantilever,which was defined as the steel abutments being tensed and pressed by towers and beams.In view of the climate covering the north side of Huaihe river,namely,extreme cold in winter and high temperature in summer,a system of four-in-one hanging basket was designed to realize the functions of cast-in-cantilever by section,heat preservation with vapour in winter,automatic water sprinkling and safe closure in summer.BIM technology was effectively applied for strategy deduction,virtual assembly and visual disclosure,which ensured the smooth organization of construction processes.
