葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的研究进展
Research progress of staphylococcal scaled skin syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Staphylococcal scaled skin syndrome(SSSS)is a potentially life-threatening disorder and an acute epidermal exfoliation syndrome.The disease is caused by toxigenic strains of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)which belongs to phage group Ⅱ and produces soluble toxin-exfoliative toxins.The diagnosis is mainly based on clinical manifestations,including erythroderma,bullae,desquamation with a scalded appearance,perioral crusting,positive Niskolsky sign,and absence of mucosal involvement.At present,the anti-S.aureus antibiotics are used for treatment of SSSS,including penicillinase-resistant penicillin,cephalosporin,vancomycin,clindamycin and other antibiotics.Both the incidence and the risk of complications and death of SSSS are increasing year by year.The research progress on SSSS in recent years is summarized in the present review to improve the knowledge of healthcare workers on SSSS.关键词
