"产学研用"理念下增材制造工程微专业探索与实践
摘要
Abstract
In order to effectively address the demand for professionals in additive manufacturing engineering and overcome the shortcomings of undergraduate talent cultivationsuch as the overly long training cycle and the homogeneity,a micro-major project Additive Manufacturing Engineering is developed.Centered on this project,a"free exploration"teaching model and a"quantity-light,quality-heavy"curriculum system is designed.The teaching staff is built in a"fixed+floating"format,inviting corporate engineers and renowned scholars to participate in classroom teaching.An innovation-oriented assessment method and graded evaluation criteria have been established.The micro-major talent cultivation is closely integrated with subject competitions.After three years of teaching practice,initial educational outcomes is obtained.关键词
