介电特性测量技术在肝癌诊断与治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of dielectric properties measurements for liver cancer diagnosis and treatment
摘要
Abstract
Dielectric properties(DPs)are inherent physical properties of biological tissues when exposed in the electro-magnetic fields.Cell cancerization causes changes in the composition and permeability of cell membranes,resulting in higher DPs values of tumor tissues.Since the sensitivity and specificity of conventional liver cancer screening indicators are not high,the DPs may serve as a new biomarker for rapid and accurate identification of liver cancer.In this paper the commonly used biological DPs measurement technology were introduced.Subsequently,the research progress of DPs measurement for liver cancer diagnosis and radiofrequency ablation were summarized,finally,the future development of DPs measurement and its potential improvement in clinical practice are discussed.关键词
