师范生专业伦理教育的结构性缺失与策略重构
摘要
Abstract
Teacher professional ethics education is an important part of the development of teacher professionalism.The professional ethics education in the process of training is helpful to improve the students'cognition of professional ethics responsibility,to cultivate their professional teaching beliefs,professional feelings and professional identity.In the new era,in view of the lack of the structure of ethics education in the professional training of normal students,we should base ourselves on the native land,to promote the professional ethics education of normal school students.We should construct a standardized professional ethics curriculum system,integrate case teaching and simulated teaching methods,form an ethical teacher community,strengthen practical guidance and ritual education,etc.to provide the knowledge foundation for the cultivation of the professional ethics accomplishment of normal students.关键词
