基于三螺旋理论的海南自贸港新商科人才培养模式研究

Abstract
In recent years,it is difficult to effectively match the supply of high-quality new business talents who keep pace with the digital economy with the demand for talents in the current national socio-economic development.Traditional university business talents are difficult to match the new business model and are facing extremely serious challenges,and accelerating the cultivation of high-quality new business talents in line with the needs of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port is imminent.By sorting out the main problems existing in the traditional education and training mode of business talents training in the International Business School of Hainan University,and in the context of knowledge economy,focusing on the role and dynamic coordination process of the government,universities and enterprises in this training mode,we hope to carry out reforms in terms of disciplinary system,curriculum,teaching concept,teacher structure,and collaborative education between the government,universities and enterprises,etc.,so as to construct the collaborative training mode of new business talents in Hainan Free Trade Port based on the triple helix theory.关键词
