摘要

Abstract

With technological innovation and industrial transformation,the demand for high-quality compound talents for national major engineering projects from aviation companies is increasing rapidly.The deep organic integration of industry,academia,and research promoted by universities and enterprises is conducive to achieving efficient linkage between talent demand at the enterprise end and talent cultivation at the educational end,providing a strong talent support for the high-quality development of the industry.Existing talent cultivation models in universities are still mainly led by universities,with insufficient participation and integration depth from enterprises,making it difficult to form a sustainable and effective teaching and educating model.Therefore,this article explores and practices a deeply integrated teaching model for the collaboration between universities and enterprises,targeting the demand for compound talents in national major engineering projects,from five dimensions:construction of training objectives(integration of professional theoretical knowledge and engineering cognition),construction of the curriculum system(integration of professional compulsory courses and enterprise courses),construction of the textbook system(integration of theoretical textbooks and engineering case textbooks),construction of teaching resources(integration of online and offline open teaching models),and construction of the teaching staff(integration of university teachers and industry experts).
