摘要

Abstract

The integration of industry and education is viewed as an important way to cultivate innovative talents in order to satisfy the needs of modern information technology industry,which plays a vital role in constructing the communication engineering specialty in"Double First-Class"universities.This article points out the main problems in talent training in the context of industry-education integration,such as the sluggishness of teaching contents and the unbalanced development of teacher teams.In order to deal with the aforementioned issues,the School of Communications and Information Engineering of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications fully leverages the long-term advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,and explores a new path for talent training of the Communication Engineering specialty under the background of industry-education integration from five aspects,including training scheme determination,teaching system planning,teaching resource construction,project-based teaching implementation,and teacher team development.It has been demonstrated by practice that the adopted innovative measures have obtained significant achievements in three aspects,including the major construction and talent training quality,the educational reform and curriculum construction,the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
