油茶炭疽病研究进展与展望
Research Progress and Perspectives on Anthracnose in Youcha(Camellia)
摘要
Abstract
Anthracnose is one of main diseases of Youcha(Camellia),which occurs widely and causes serious harm.It has become important factor restricting healthy development of Youcha industry in China.Types of an-thracnose bacteria in Youcha,process and epidemic patterns of anthracnose bacteria infecting Youcha and pathogenic genes related to anthracnose bacteria were summarized.Anthracnose prevention and control in You-cha including chemical control,biological control and disease resistance breeding were reviewed.According to current situations of anthracnose resistance breeding in Youcha and referring to effective strategies of disease resistance in other plants,analyzing whole-genome information of main Youcha cultivars comprehensively,con-structing high-effective and stable Youcha genetic transformation system,analyzing pathogenic genes of an-thracnose bacteria continuously and mining anthracnose resistance or susceptibility genes in Youcha deeply should be main study directions.关键词
