25个奇楠沉香无性系生长与光合生理特征分析
Analysis on Growths and Photosynthetic Physiological Characteristics of 25 Aquilaria sinensis'Qi Nan'Clones

Abstract
In order to screen excellent clones which were suitable for promotion and cultivation in Huizhou,Guangdong,taking 25 Aquilaria sinensis'Qi Nan'clones as study materials,differences in growth traits and pho-tosynthetic physiology among different clones and their correlations were analyzed,and cluster analysis was per-formed.Results showed that there were significant differences among different A.sinensis'Qi Nan'clones in preservation rate,seedling height,ground diameter,crown width and photosynthetic physiological parameters.Preservation rates were from 22.7%to 95.0%.Seedling heights were from 117 to 210 cm.Ground diameters were from 16.8 to 34.3 mm.Seedling height had extremely significant positive correlation with ground diameter and had significant positive correlation with preservation rate.Cluster analysis classified 25 A.sinensis'Qi Nan'clones into six clusters.The first cluster had better growths,including Diao YW,Ao S and Lan BS with preser-vation rates from 91.7%to 95.0%,seedling heights from 192 to 194 cm and ground diameters from 28.1 to 30.9 mm respectively.The second cluster had higher seedling heights from 199 to 210 cm,including Jin SZ,Qi NYH,Jin SY and Zhi TJ.The third cluster had higher preservation rates from 80.1%to 93.7%,including Jin ShaY,Pu TT,Tu YW,Xiang SYH,Da YP and Hei ZZ.Preservation rates,seedling heights and ground diame-ters in other clusters were relatively lower.Diao YW,Ao S and Lan BS showed fast growths and higher preserva-tion rates in Huizhou,and could be promoted in Huizhou as excellent clones.关键词
