技能型社会视域下技工院校工匠精神培育推进路径研究
Research on the Promotion Path of Craftsman Spirit Cultivation in Technical Colleges from the Perspective of Skilled Society

Abstract
In the new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,vocational education has a broad future and great potential.Promoting the spirit of craftsmanship is not only an inherent requirement for the development of vocational education,but also the foundation for cultivating great country craftsmen.Although the overall development of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational education in Zhejiang Province is currently in a leading position,there is still a certain gap between it and the needs of building a skilled society,enhancing the competitiveness and innovation of students in employment,and cultivating high-quality skilled talents.It is facing difficulties such as lagging governance system construction,insufficient innovation in education models,and insufficient guarantee of teaching staff.Based on this,technical colleges should focus on"cultural governance"and"quality governance",promote the construction of governance systems,strengthen the integration of engineering and education,implement the"three education"reform and leadership,focus on the entire process of teacher training,promote the increase and improvement of the number and quality of craftsman teaching staff,truly break the constraints on the cultivation and development of craftsman spirit in technical colleges,and fully promote the construction of a skilled society.关键词
