Optimization strategies of birth-parenting-education in Guangxi via the Three-Children Policy and matched supporting measures
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,through the framework of national matched supporting measures for active childbirth,the implementation situation of Three-Children Policy and matched supporting measures in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(hereinafter referred to as Guangxi),and current status of birth,parenting,and education in urban and rural residents are analyzed,pointing out problems of matched supporting policies on birth,parenting,and education in Guangxi in terms of overall perspective,joint forces of multiple subjects,and development of Public-Interest Childcare Services,etc.,proposing optimization strategy suggestions such as continuing to promote the integration policies of birth-parenting-education,integrating women's perspective into family supporting policies,accelerating the improvement of reproductive matched supporting policies,accelerating the establishment of Public-Interest Childcare Services system,and strengthening attention and support to frontier areas.关键词
