Digital Economy Empowering High-Quality and Full Employment:Intrinsic Logic,Mechanisms and Optimization Pathways
摘要
Abstract
To achieve high-quality full employment is an important goal proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The digital economy empowering high-quality and full employment will provide new momentum for enhancing people's well-being,improving their quality of life,and solving employment issues.The development of the digital economy and the realization of high-quality and full em-ployment are highly coupled,and both share the same goal of achieving common prosperity for all people.The digital economy provides strong support for achieving high-quality and full employment,while high-quality and full employment is also an important driving force for the development of the digital economy.The mechanisms through which the digital economy empowers high-quality and full employment can be summarized into four di-mensions:digital technology empowerment,organizational carrier empowerment,digital industry empower-ment,and service supply empowerment.In the new development stage,the digital economy empowering high-quality and full employment needs to be promoted in coordination from the following aspects:improving labor laws and regulations,cultivating new forms of the digital economy,strengthening the construction of digital economy employment service platforms,and building an employment evaluation index system.关键词
