The Main Measures of Constructing Water-saving Society in Zhecheng County
摘要
Abstract
Water resource is irreplaceable strategic resource for the survival and development of human society.It is one of the important material foundations for human survival,social development,and ecological balance.The establishment of a water-saving society is an important measure in implementing the water conservation priority policy and overcoming the challenge of water scarcity.Moreover,it serves as an important support for high-quality economic and social development.After summarizing the fundamental water resource situation in Zhecheng County,the accomplishments and key practices of recent years'efforts in constructing a water-saving society are examined in this paper,aiming to facilitate and provide guidance for future endeavors in building a water-saving society.关键词
