Abstract
In recent years,the state has paid great attention to the renovation and modernization of irrigation areas.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed implementing the rural revitalization strategy and national water-saving actions,as well as promoting the establishment of a new pattern for modernization in harmonious development between humanity and nature.The construction of water conservancy and other infrastructure networks are strengthened.The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is accelerated,and the national food security is ensured.The irrigation area is responsible for ensuring regional food security,water supply security,serving the construction of a water-saving society,protecting the water ecological environment,and promoting rural landscape construction.It provides irreplaceable infrastructure and material guarantee for the sustainable development of the economy and ecological environment while safeguarding national food security.关键词
