Abstract
The control of project investment is equally crucial as the control of quality,safety,and schedule.It serves as one of the fundamental tasks in project construction management and permeates throughout the entire process of project development.The project legal entity,under the guidance of the state and Shandong Province South-to-North Water Diversion Construction Authorities,has successfully implemented a series of measures for project investment control,resulting in commendable construction outcomes.Combined with the actual construction investment control of the main line of the Shandong section of South-to-North Water Transfer project,the project investment control primarily focuses on the design stage,followed by the bidding stage,construction stage,and completion settlement stage.关键词
