综合护理干预对心房颤动患者脑梗死发生率的影响
Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods One hundred patients with atrial fibrillation who received treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group of 50 cases.The patients in the control group applied routine care,on the basis of routine care,the patients in the observation group applied comprehensive nursing intervention.The overall satisfaction and incidence of cerebral infarction between two groups at 6 and 12 months were compared.Results The overall satisfaction of the observation group was(95.36±3.75)points,while that of the control group was(88.24±3.88)points,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(t=8.551,P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of cerebral infarction within 6 months was 2.0%,the incidence of cerebral infarction within 12 months was 3.5%,which was 4.0%and 6.0%,respectively in the control group.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve medication adherence in patients with atrial fibrillation,enhance the effectiveness of anticoagulant therapy,and reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.关键词
