Clinic and treatment progress in patients with acute cerebral infarction and type 2 diabetes mellitus
摘要
Abstract
Acute cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus are both common clinical diseases,they are closely related and often concomitant.In recent years,the incidence of acute cerebral infarction combined with diabetes mellitus has been increasing year by year,so there are more attentions from medical community.High level of blood glucose not only increases the incidence of acute cerebral infarction,but also aggravates brain injury,which is not conducive to prognosis of patients.Research on the clinic and treatment of the disease is beneficial to evaluate conditions and optimize therapeutic regimens.This article reviews the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and treatment progress of acute cerebral infarction combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus so as to provide reference for further clinical research.关键词
