十灰散联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀临床观察OA
Clinical Observation of Ten Charred Substances Powder Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Limb Swelling in the Late Stage of Bone Fracture
目的:观察十灰散联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的临床疗效.方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月南阳市第二人民医院收治的骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组各40例.常规组给予十灰散治疗,试验组给予十灰散联合推拿治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标变化情况及治疗后肿胀缓解时间、大小腿肿胀周径差、不良反应发生情况.结果:试验组治疗后中医证候积分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).…查看全部>>
