Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with massage on limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury.Methods:A total of 80 patients with limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury treated in Nanyang Second People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the digital random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was given Ten Charred Substances Powder for treatment,while the experimental group was given Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with mas-sage treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment,the swelling relief time after treatment,the circumference difference of the swelling of the big leg and the small leg,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conven-tional group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the indexes of fluid hemorheology in the experimental group were bet-ter than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);the swelling relief time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the circumference difference of the swelling of the big leg and the small leg was better than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with massage in the treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury can shorten the swelling relief time and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
