头针结合言语训练治疗脑卒中后运动性构音障碍临床观察
Clinical Observation of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Speech Training for Motor Dysarthria After Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with speech training on motor dysarthria after stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with motor dysarthria after stroke from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into the con-trol group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given speech training,while the observation group was given scalp acupuncture combined with speech training.The changes in speech intelligibility,French articulation disorder assessment scale(FDA),voice handicap index(VHI),maximum counting ability(MCA),maximum phonation time(MPT),National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the speech intelligibility and MBI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the FDA score,VHI score and NIHSS score were lower than those of the control group,and the MCA and MPT were longer than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Scalp acupuncture combined with speech training can improve the dysarthria and voice disorder of patients with motor dysarthria after stroke,and enhance the speech intelligibility.关键词
