子午流注纳子法杵针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝痹病临床观察
Clinical Observation of Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Hour-Prescription of Points for Pestling Acupunture in the Treatment of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis with Liver-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow hour-prescription of points for pestling acupunture on knee joint osteoarthritis(KOA)with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 72 patients with KOA with liver-kidney defi-ciency syndrome admitted to the Orthopedics Department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to De-cember 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.There were 33 cases of actual included patients in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.The two groups were first given acupuncture treatment according to the routine diagnosis and treatment of KOA.The time of acupuncture treatment in the control group was flexibly arranged according to the time of patients'daily visit,mostly in the morning,and the observa-tion group selected Youshi(17:00-19:00)of the twelve meridians when the kidney meridian was most active for pestling acupunc-ture.The TUGT score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results:After treat-ment,the WOMAC score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05);There were 2 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group with local subcutaneous bruising after the treatment of needling,and there was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In terms of KO A with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome,midnight-noon ebb-flow hour-prescription of points for pestling acupunture,which is carried out at Youshi when the kidney meridian is vigorous,can effectively relieve the pain of patients,im-prove the symptoms and signs,and has high safety.关键词
