吞咽功能训练联合平衡针疗法对三叉神经痛术后吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能的影响
The Influence of Swallowing Function Training Combined with Balance Needle Therapy on Swallowing Function in Patients with Postoperative Swallowing Dysfunction of Trigeminal Neuralgia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of swallowing function training combined with balance needle therapy on swallowing func-tion in patients with postoperative swallowing dysfunction of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with postoperative swal-lowing dysfunction of trigeminal neuralgia who visited Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.Central Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into the balance needle group and the training combination group,with 40 cases in each group.The balance needle group was treated with balance needle therapy,while the training combination group was treated with swallowing function training combined with balance needle therapy.Then the changes in swallowing function,quality of life,pain level,compliance,and cooperation between two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the swallowing func-tion score of the training combination group was lower than that of the balance needle group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05);the VAS score of the training combination group was lower than that of the balance needle group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);ADL score and the Barthel index of the training combination group were higher than those of the balance needle group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the training combination group was 97.50％,while that of the balance needle group was 85.00％.The effective rate of the training combination group was higher than that of the balance needle group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of the training combination group was 97.50％,while that of the balance needle group was 87.50％.The compliance rate of the training combination group was higher than that of the balance needle group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of swallowing function training and balance needle therapy can improve the quality of life and swallowing function of pa-tients with swallowing dysfunction after trigeminal neuralgia surgery,and alleviate pain.关键词
