基于15N示踪的青稞氮素利用率和分蘖能力研究
Nitrogen Use Efficiency and Tillering Ability of Hulless Barley Based on 15N Tracing

Abstract
In order to clarify the optimal amount of nitrogen applied to barley in the Tibetan Plateau,a pot experiment used 15N isotope tracer technology,selecting three different types of barley varieties,and four nitrogen application levels,i.e.,no nitrogen(0 N),low nitrogen(0.125 g·kg-1 N,LN),medium nitrogen(0.25 g·kg-1 N,MN)and high nitrogen(0.50 g·kg-1 N,HN),to explore the effects of different nitrogen levels on the nitrogen uptake and utilization,tillering capacity and tillering-related endogenous hormones in different barley varieties.The results showed that,the utilization of 15N-labelled fertilizer by KL15 ranged from 24.00%to 26.01%,and the 15N residual rate ranged from 6.89%to 21.93%.The utilization of 15N-labelled fertilizer by KL18 ranged from 17.60%to 24.81%,and the 15N residual rate ranged from 6.47%to 22.69%.And the utilization of 15N-labelled fertilizer by H800 ranged from 24.80%to 28.40%and 15N residual rate ranged from 7.46%to 22.02%.The results of two-factor analysis showed that the application amount of N fertilizer had a significant effect on the dry matter weight,N uptake,N utilization and soil residue rate of barley,and N fertilizer and variety had a significant reciprocal effect on dry matter weight and N utilization.Pathway analysis showed that the magnitude of growth hormone to trans-zeatin riboside(IAA/TZR)ratio had both direct and indirect effects on the formation of barley tiller number.It could be seen that the amount of nitrogen applied affects tiller success through influencing the nitrogen use efficiency and IAA/TZR ratio of barley.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the efficient use of nitrogen fertilizer in different types of barley cultivars in the Tibetan Plateau.关键词
