基于潜类别增长模型的脑梗死患者功能独立性变化轨迹及影响因素分析
Analysis of trajectory and influencing factors for functional independence of cerebral infarction patients by latent category growth model

Abstract
Objective To investigate the trajectory and influencing factors for functional independence in patients with cerebral infarction by the potential category growth model and multiple linear regression.Methods Based on the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF)framework,the trajectory of functional independence in patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed by the latent category growth model.The effects of physiological,personal and environmental factors for functional independence of patients with cerebral infarction were evaluated by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The results showed that 54.0%of the patients was stable functionally independent,18.0%was growth functionally independent and 28.0%was decline functionally independent.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that muscle strength,body mass index(BMI),NIHSS score,modified Barthel index(MBI),housing adaptation,travel convenience and marital status were the influencing factors for functional independence of cerebral infarction patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through an in-depth understanding of the ICF framework,factors affecting functional independence should be fully considered when formulating rehabilitation strategies for patients with cerebral infarction,and personalized and comprehensive rehabilitation plans should be formulated according to the trajectory of functional independence of patients.This will not only help improve functional independence of patients with cerebral infarction,but also effectively improve their quality of life.关键词
