Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large lifting capacity of the main lifting mechanism of the gantry crane,the large number of walking motors of the gantry crane,and the large difference between the motor layout and the conventional gantry crane of Baihetan Hydropower Station,the design and development of the 10000 kN two-way gantry crane control system is carried out.The master-slave control and synchronization technology of the main lifting mechanism motor,the technology of controlling multiple motors by a frequency converter,and the optical fiber communication technology of each distributed site are studied.The synchronization and output balance of multi-motor rigid connection and flexible connection,and the control of multiple motors by a frequency converter,motor cables and communication control are solved.This provides development direction and ideas for the control design of large lifting hoists in the future.关键词
