为了解决小子样产品性能状态评估过程中,可运用的测试数据较少的问题.针对小子样产品的发动机性能参数进行分析,设定性能状态参数和状态划分;利用贝叶斯多源数据融合理论,对待评估产品的发动机测试数据、同型号同批次其他产品的发动机测试数据进行融合,得到性能状态参数的融合先验和后验;利用融合后验,对性能状态参数进行贝叶斯估计;结合估计值和状态划分,完成了小子样产品的发动机性能状态评估,为小子样产品的整体性能状态评估提供了一个新的思路.

In order to solve the problem of less test data available in the process of performance state evaluation of small sam-ple products.The engine performance parameters of small sample product is analyzed,the performance state parameter and state di-vision are set.The Bayesian multi-source data fusion theory is used to fuse the test data of the engine of the product to be evaluated and the test data of the engines of other products of the same type and batch to obtain the fusion prior and fusion posterior of the per-formance state parameter.The Bayesian estimation of performance state parameter is carried out by using fusion posterior.Combined with the estimated value and state division,the performance evaluation of the engine of the small sample product is completed,which provides a new idea for the overall performance state evaluation of the small sample products.
