Abstract
The ocean is a strategic location for China's high-quality development.In order to pro-mote the high-quality development of China's marine economy,the paper measures the compre-hensive index of high-quality development of the marine economy of 11 coastal provinces(au-tonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2006 to 2018 by applying the entropy-rights method from the perspective of five dimensions,namely,innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing,and analyzes its spatial and temporal evolution.The results of the study show that:(1)from the time trend,the index of high-quality development of the marine econo-my of the whole country and all coastal provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)shows a fluctuating upward trend,indicating that the level of high-quality development of the marine economy in China's coastal provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)has steadily improved.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,the number of regions with a high level of quality development of the marine economy tends to increase in general.(3)In terms of influ-encing factors,the level of economic development,the upgrading of marine industry structure,the degree of openness to the outside world,the level of financial development and human cap-ital all have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the marine econo-my,while the level of government support has a certain hindering effect on the improvement of the high-quality development of the marine economy.关键词
