体质与围绝经期症状及生活质量的相关性分析
Analysis of correlation between physical constitution and symptoms and quality of life in perimenopause

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between the constitution of perimenopausal women and perimenopausal symptoms as well as their quality of life,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of perimenopausal women.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was employed to select 244 perimenopausal women from the Doumen Street,Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City as the research subjects.General information was collected,and body constitution information was gathered and assessed using a traditional Chinese medicine constitution detector and referring to the constitution judgment standard table.The modified Kupperman scoring scale and the World Health Organization's quality of life assessment short form were utilized to score perimenopausal symptoms and quality of life in perimenopausal women,respectively.The analysis focused on relevant influencing factors and the correlation between constitution and perimenopausal symptoms as well as quality of life.Results Bias constitution(OR=7.192)and chronic diseases(OR=2.829)were identified as influencing factors for the severity of perimenopausal symptoms(both P<0.05),with the severity of perimenopausal symptoms showing a negative correlation to the quality of life(r=-0.178,P<0.01).The quality of life scores for perimenopausal women with balanced constitution and biased constitution were(99.44±10.00)points and(94.40±13.58)points,respectively,showing a statistically significant difference(t=-2.897,P=0.005).Conclusions Biased constitution and the presence of chronic diseases exacerbate perimenopausal symptoms,with the severity of these symptoms negatively correlating with women's quality of life.Strengthening the monitoring and treatment of chronic diseases in perimenopausal women,as well as actively adjusting their biased constitution,may have clinical value in improving perimenopausal symptoms and enhancing quality of life.关键词
