我国2012-2021年体医融合研究热点及发展趋势分析
Research hotspots and development trend analysis of the integration of sports and medicine in China,2012-2021

Abstract
Objective To explore the main research content,hot topics,and research frontiers in the integration of sports and medicine in China,and to provide reference for promoting the sustainable development of the integration of sports and medicine.Methods Employed the CiteSpace software to analyze 1 141 relevant literature articles on the integration of sports and medicine retrieved from the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2012 to 2021.The analysis included core authors and collaboration network analysis,institutional collaboration network analysis,keyword clustering analysis,and analysis of emerging keywords.Results From 2013 to 2016,the publication volume in the field of sports and medicine integration exhibited a pattern of fluctuating growth,with a continuous increase observed after 2016.During the period from 2012 to 2021,a total of 81 core authors were identified;however,a core author group has not yet formed.The density of institutional collaboration network was found to be only 0.0044,indicating a low level of collaboration between medical schools and healthcare institutions in research publications.Key phrase clustering analysis revealed nine clusters,including sports medicine integration and integration of sports and medicine.Furthermore,burst analysis identified eight burst keywords,with integration of medicine and sports showing the highest burst strength and the longest duration.Conclusions The collaboration between authors and institutions in the field of sports and medicine integration is currently suboptimal.The primary focus of research in this area lies in the implementation of sports and medicine integration within the policy context of Healthy China and National Fitness.This research encompasses various topics,including policy implementation strategies,professional talent development in sports medicine,community health promotion based on sports and medicine integration,and the combination of sports and medicine for elderly care models.The collaboration between authors and institutions in the field of sports and medicine integration is currently suboptimal.The primary focus of research in this area lies in the implementation of sports and medicine integration within the policy context of Healthy China and National Fitness.This research encompasses various topics,including policy implementation strategies,professional talent development in sports medicine,community health promotion based on sports and medicine integration,and the combination of sports and medicine for elderly care models.关键词
