Abstract
Objective To understand the level and influencing factors of infectious disease prevention and control literacy of residents in Jiaozuo City in 2023,and to provide the scientific basis for improving residents'infectious disease prevention and control literacy.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among urban and rural residents aged 15-69 years in Jiaozuo city by multistage stratified random sampling.Results The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control of Jiaozuo residents was 26.87%,and urban residents'level were higher than rural residents'.The 15-24 years old group,25-34 years old group,bachelor degree or above,and civil servants/institutions had higher literacy levels of infectious disease prevention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the literacy level of infectious diseases prevention and control of Jiaozuo residents was influenced by location,age,education level and occupation.Conclusion The literacy level of infectious diseases prevention and control of Jiaozuo residents is low,which needs to be further improved.Health education on respiratory infectious diseases should be strengthened,with emphasis on improving the literacy of infectious diseases prevention and control of rural areas and people with low education level and old age.关键词
