德州市居民2020年传染病防治素养水平及影响因素分析
Analysis on the Literacy and Influencing Factors of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Among Residents of Dezhou City

Abstract
Objective To understand the literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control of residents of Dezhou City and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the reference for carrying out health education on infectious disease prevention and control.Methods The residents aged 15-69 in 11 monitoring sites in Dezhou were selected by stratified and multistage random sampling method,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control and its influencing factors.Results The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control among Dezhou residents was 40.64%,including 40.25%for female residents and 41.07%for male residents.50.57%in the 25-year-old age group and 33.87%in the 65-69 age group.The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that age,marital status,education level and occupation were the influencing factors of residents'literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control(P＜0.05).Conclusion The literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control among residents in Dezhou has been improved,but there are still weak links.The next step of infectious disease health education should focus on the elderly,widowed,low education and farmers.关键词
