Abstract

Based on the theory of micro-perforated plate,this paper analyzes the sound absorption performance of single-lay-er,double-layer and three-layer micro-perforated plate at the acoustic frequency of 0~1 500 Hz,and calculates the sound absorp-tion coefficient of double-layer and three-layer micro-perforated plate respectively by using the acousto-electric analogy method and the transfer matrix method.Firstly,the control single variable method is used to make a qualitative analysis of the various param-eters affecting the sound absorption performance of the micro-perforated plate,to determine whether the parameters are positively or negatively correlated with the sound absorption performance.Secondly,the finite element software COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the sound absorption coefficient of the micro-perforated plate.The results of finite element simulation are compared with the results of numerical simulation to verify the reliability of numerical simulation.Then the principal component analysis method is used to quantitatively analyze the influence of each parameter of micro-perforated plate on the sound absorption performance to de-termine the influence degree of each parameter of micro-perforated plate on the corresponding frequency of the first sound absorp-tion peak.It provides theoretical guidance for reducing the frequency of the first sound absorption peak in the actual process.Final-ly,the structure of the multi-layer micro-perforated plate is optimized by improving the genetic algorithm,and each parameter of the micro-perforated plate is given a reasonable value to make the multi-layer micro-perforated plate have good sound absorption performance in the range of 0~1 500 Hz.The optimized results show that with the increase of the number of micro-perforated plates,the absorption capacity of low frequency acoustic waves will be enhanced.
