Application of multimodal psychological support based on root cause analysis in the nursing of puerperae

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of multimodal psychological support based on root cause a-nalysis in the nursing of puerperae.Methods:A total of 150 puerperae who gave birth in department of obstetrics of our hospital were included in the study from October 2021 to October 2023.They were divided into study group(multimodal psychological support intervention based on root cause analysis,75 cases)and routine group(routine psychological nursing intervention,75 cases)according to the random number table method.The differences in mental state,lactation,maternal role adaptation level and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of dimensions of anxiety and depression of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(H ADS)in study group were lower than those in routine group(t=7.268,5.619;P＜0.05).The score of Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)in study group at 6 weeks after delivery was lower than that in routine group(t=5.964,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the starting time of lactation between groups.The lactation volume within 72 hours after delivery was greater in study group than that in routine group(t=3.422,P＜0.05).The score of maternal role adaptation questionnaire in study group was higher compared to routine group at 6 weeks after delivery(Z=2.205,P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in study group was higher than that in routine group(Z=2.037,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal psychological support based on root cause analysis can help guide postpartum positive psy-chology,reduce the risk of postpartum depression,and facilitate postpartum lactation,and it has a positive effect on postpartum role change,and can obtain high satisfaction.关键词
