Hogan理论的阶段性干预对脑出血患者术后心理应激和应对方式的影响
Effect of stage intervention based on Hogan theory on psychological stress and coping style of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of stage intervention based on Hogan theory on psychological stress,coping style,self-care ability,compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after op-eration.Methods:A total of 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery were randomly divided into control group(n-41,conventional intervention)and experimental group(n=41,Hogan theory phased intervention).The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),coping style,self-care Ability Scale(ESCA)and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the test group were lower than those in the control group(t=-5.977,-5.842;P＜0.05),the scores of positive coping were higher than those in the control group,the scores of negative coping were lower than those in the control group(t=6.430,-10.096;P＜0.05),and the scores of ESCA scales in the test group were higher than those in the control group(t=7.712,9.070,7.903,9.025;P＜0.05).The scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(t=7.969,8.080,6.475,5.524;P＜0.05).Conclusion:The staged intervention based on Hogan's theory is helpful to relieve the postoperative psychological stress level,improve the coping style and compliance behavior,and improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
