情绪ABC理论结合支持性照护在减轻甲状腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛和负性情绪中的应用
Application of emotional ABC theory combined with supportive care on relieving postoperative pain and negative emotions in patients with thyroid tumors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of emotional ABC theory combined with supportive care on relieving the postoperative pain and negative emotions in patients with thyroid tumors.Methods:A total of 48 patients with thyroid tumor surgery who received supportive care in the hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were se-lected as control group,and 48 patients with thyroid tumor surgery who carried out emotional ABC theory combined with supportive care from February 2023 to August 2023 were included in observation group.The pain status,nega-tive emotions,physical symptoms and patient satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Before intervention,the scores of dimensions of Short-Form McGill Pain Question-naire(SF-MPQ-2)in the two groups were similar.The scores of various dimensions of SF-MPQ-2 in both groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the above scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(t=5.587,4.121,4.635,4.785;P＜0.05).The scores of dimensions of DASS-21 of patients in both groups were similar before intervention.After intervention,the scores of dimensions of DASS-21 scale were lower in both groups than those before intervention,and the observation group had lower scores(t=4.562,3.856,3.205;P＜0.05).The score of Chinese translation of Edmonton Symptom Assessment Scale(ESAS)of patients was similar in the two groups before intervention.After intervention,the score of ESAS scale in both groups was lower compared with that before intervention,and the score in observation group was lower compared to control group(t=6.966,P＜0.05).The scores of various dimensions of Satisfaction Questionnaire(SCQ)in observation group were higher than those in control group(t=4.741,5.830,5.511,3.123,2.104,2.118,3.860;P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Emotional ABC theory combined with supportive care can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with thyroid tumors,improve negative emotions and physical symptoms,and enhance patient satisfaction.关键词
