Abstract
Magnesium alloys are the key lightweight structural metal materials for the integrated manufacturing of aerospace structural components.Accurately controlling the forming dimension of wire-arc additively manufactured magnesium alloys has always been the focus of research.Based on quadratic regression universal rrotation combination design,this work established a regression models between process parameters(such as base current,wire feed speed and travel speed)and forming characteristic dimensions.The effect of single process parameter and coupling on the forming demension was also analyzed by the response surface method.Obtained results show that the increasing base current inhibits the forming height and promotes the forming width within the range of experimental design parameters.With the increase of wire feed speed,the layer width decreases slightly and the layer height increases.As the travel speed increases,the height and width of the deposition layer decrease.The wire feed speed has the most significant influence on the forming height.While,the travel speed shows a minor influence.The base current has the most prominent impact on the forming width,while a weak influence of the wire feed speed on the forming width was found.关键词
