改良五禽戏改善老年肩袖损伤患者康复成效的临床观察
Clinical observation of improving rehabilitation effects of modified Wuqinxi in elderly patients with rotator cuff injury

Abstract
Objective To observe the rehabilitation effects of modified Wuqinxi on elderly patients with chronic rotator cuff injury in the community.Methods 60 elderly patients with chronic rotator cuff injury treated in Department of Rehabilita-tion Medicine of Baoshan Street Community Health Service Center from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group received con-ventional rehabilitation,while the experimental group received modified Wuqinxi on the basis of conventional rehabilitation.Both groups received intervention for 3 months.At enrollment,1 month after treatment,2 months after treatment,and at the end of treatment,the Patient Enablement Instrument(PEI)was used to assess self-reliance ability of patients,VAS rating scale was used to assess pain degree,Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Score Scale was used to assess shoulder joint function.Then the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PEI score,VAS score and Constant-Murley score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,there were statisti-cally significant differences in PEI score,VAS score,and Constant Murley score at different time points in the same group(P＜0.001),and there were also statistically significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.001).After 1 month,2 months,and 3 months of treatment,PEI score and Constant-Murley score of both groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and VAS score was lower than that of the same group before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional rehabilitation,the addition of modified Wuqinxi can improve the self-reliance ability of elderly patients with chronic rotator cuff injury,alleviate shoulder joint pain,improve shoulder joint mobility.It can make patients to achieve better rehabilitation effect and has certain clinical application value.关键词
