健康素养对铜陵地区老年慢性病共存患者治疗负担的干预研究
Effects of health literacy intervention on treatment burden in elderly patients with co-existence of multiple chronic diseases in Tongling area

Abstract
Objective To analyze the intervention value of health literacy on the treatment burden of elderly patients with co-existence of multiple chronic diseases in Tongling area.Methods 300 elderly patients with co-existence of multiple chronic diseases in Tongling area admitted to People's Hospital of Tongling City were selected.Their general data were collect-ed.The scores of Multimorbidity Treatment Burden Questionnaire(MTBQ)of patients with different data were compared.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to screen the factors influencing treatment burden.Then the health literacy in-tervention strategies were developed based on influencing factors.In addition,98 elderly patients with co-existence of multiple chronic diseases were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received health literacy intervention in addition to the same intervention as the control group.The health liter-acy scores and MTBQ scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after the intervention.Results The MTBQ scores of patients with their spouse/children as main caregivers,family per capita income≤5 000 yuan/month,new rural cooperative medical insurance,＞3 types of chronic diseases,low health literacy level and low social support level were significantly higher than those of patients with themselves as main caregivers,family per capita income＞5 000 yuan/month,medical insurance for employees/urban residents,2/3 types of chronic diseases,average/relatively high/high health literacy level and medium/high social support level(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis found that family per capita income(β=1.265,P＜0.001),medical insurance type(β=1.074,P＜0.001),number of chronic diseases(β=0.946,P＜0.001),health literacy level(β=1.683,P＜0.001)and social support level(β=1.992,P＜0.001)were influencing fac-tors of treatment burden(P＜0.05).After intervention,the health literacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05)and MTBQ score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Family per capita income,medical insurance type,number of chronic diseases,health literacy level and social support level are influencing factors of treatment burden in elderly patients with co-existence of multiple chronic diseases in Tongling area.Targeted health literacy intervention can effectively reduce their treatment burden and has certain clinical ap-plication value.关键词
