摘要

Abstract

Laser welding database management system is an important tool to realize automatic pipeline laser welding.The system mainly includes three functions:planning of welding process parameters,real-time monitoring and updating of welding process parameters,and welding quality diagnosis.Through the design and construction analysis of the pipeline laser welding database management system,the results show that the management system can realize the guidance and control of the implementation process of pipeline laser welding,and can effectively play a role in quality control under the characteristics of fast laser welding speed and no human intervention,which plays a key role in the application of laser wire filling welding in pipeline welding construction.
