摘要

Abstract

This article takes the construction of a suction anchor for a deep-water floating production storage and unloading unit(FPSO)as an example,and elaborates on the prefabrication and installation process of the main structures of the suction anchor,including the steel cylinder,top cover structure,internal mud cutting plate,casting lifting ears,anchor chains,and the overall loading process of the suction anchor.The research results indicate that during the construction process of deep-water FPSO suction anchors,it is crucial to establish a reasonable construction sequence,strictly control the dimensional tolerances and welding process parameters of the assembly,and improve the quality control and efficiency of the entire project.It also provides useful reference for the construction of similar large tubular structures in the later stage.
