Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of indoor air exchange,the bidirectional fresh air system of air conditioner was taken as the research object,and the interior of its module and its assembly structure with the whole machine as well as the distribution of air pressure loss characteristics were studied and analyzed and the optimization direction was confirmed.By adopting numerical simulation and full factorial experiment optimization,the different pressure distribution ratios of sudden/gradual expansion in the mainstream direction of the intake wall of the ventilation cavity,as well as the conical,arc-shaped,and S-shaped guide lines and their installation positions were analyzed,the traditional single channel intake was changed to a dual channel intake style by setting a shunt,and the rectifier structure such as setting the guide grille was adopted in the exhaust air channel to improve the aerodynamic performance of the fan system in the suction and exhaust fresh air mode.Finally,the correctness of the numerical simulation results was verified based on the test equipment of small air volume table and semi-anechoic noise chamber.The test results show that compared with the original single-channel ventilation scheme,the optimized two-channel ventilation scheme can increase the intake volume of fresh air by 11.8%on the basis of the same noise.Fresh air volume is increased by 9.4%,and the noise is reduced by 3%.The research results can provide certain practical application value and practical guidance for the research of bidirectional flow fresh air field.
