面向新质生产力的智能制造产业基础能力解构:一个HCPS的分析框架
Deconstruction of Basic Capability of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry for New Quality Productivity:An Analytical Framework of HCPS
摘要
Abstract
As the main form of the future manufacturing system,HCPS has gradually become the key to a new round of competition in the global manufacturing industry,and will even fundamentally change the production and manufacturing mode and technological economic paradigm produced since the inception of the industrial revolution.The technological architecture of HCPS primarily encompasses five layers:the perception layer,the configuration layer,the equipment layer,the network layer,and the decision-making layer.Corresponding to these layers are fundamental capabilities within the intelligent manufacturing industry,which include intelligent manufacturing digital mapping capabilities,intelligent manufacturing value-added capabilities,intelligent manufacturing resource adaptation capabilities,intelligent manufacturing network integration capabilities,and intelligent manufacturing data analysis capabilities.In view of the challenges confronting the enhancement of China's intelligent manufacturing industry's foundational capabilities,interventions should be implemented across multiple dimensions.Firstly,at the technical level,there is a need to advance the development of next-generation information and communication technologies deeply,thereby effectively overcoming critical core manufacturing technological barriers.Secondly,at the facility level,there should be a concerted effort to promote the establishment of new digital infrastructure robustly,consolidating the foundational underpinnings of intelligent manufacturing industry development.Thirdly,at the foundational level,emphasis must be placed on bolstering the high-quality advancement of intelligent manufacturing foundations.Fourthly,at the ecological level,there should be robust support for the growth of industry-leading enterprises within the manufacturing chain,effectively steering and harmonizing the ecological landscape of the manufacturing sector.Lastly,at the support level,there is a need to comprehensively promote the reinforcement of the"elements-platform-system"triad,encompassing essential resources,technological platforms,and systemic frameworks.关键词
