Cultivating Top-notch Innovative Talents in Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
[Research purpose]This study aims to explore the inherent logical relationship between new quality productive forces and the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in universities,so as to meet the urgent needs of China's economic and social development in the new era.New quality productive forces,as the core driving force for current economic and social development,have unique characteristics and high efficiency,which put forward more stringent and precise requirements for talents,especially top-notch innovative talents.To achieve the development goal of sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels,China's universities bear a crucial mission and responsibility in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.[Research method]This study first conducted a detailed analysis of the core characteristics of new quality productive forces,exploring its specific needs and impacts on talent cultivation,especially for top-notch innovative talents.Subsequently,based on the status quo of higher education in China,various research methods such as literature review and case analysis were used to deeply analyze the various difficulties and challenges faced by universities in cultivating top-notch innovative talents.By comprehensively sorting and summarizing,the current situation and existing problems of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in universities have been revealed.[Research conclusion]The conclusion points out that universities need to optimize the training environment,improve the quality and efficiency of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Specific suggestions include establishing a talent training evaluation mechanism and leveraging the leading role of high-level universities;reforming the curriculum and subject structure of universities,focusing on cultivating students'innovative ability and comprehensive quality,in order to stimulate their innovative spirit and enthusiasm.The implementation of these measures will help provide strong talent support for the development of China's new quality productive forces.关键词
